- DINING OPTION -
Ten venues for drinks and dining, including five venues managed by Four Seasons and five independent venues in an adjoining free-standing building.
Suq: Meaning “market” in Arabic, Suq features eclectic international cuisine. This lively market-style setting includes three open kitchens, a private dining room and an outdoor terrace with views of the gardens, pools and sea. Daily Buffet Breakfast will be served in the Suq Restaurant. Half Board may also be used in the Suq Restaurant.
Sea Fu: A casual pool and beach grill by day, this open-air venue turns into a fine dining restaurant by night. The specialty is premium seafood prepared with Asian influences. Half Board may also be used in the Sea Fu Restaurant.
Shai Salon: With a name meaning “tea” in Arabic, Shai serves tea, coffee and lighter fare. Close to the main entrance, the lounge is inspired by Middle Eastern architecture and features a large outdoor terrace with a sea view. It’s a perfect meeting place for business and social occasions.
Hendricks Bar: On the lobby level, this sea-view venue is like a lushly appointed gentlemen’s club, featuring club chairs, oak walls with leather panels and a cigar room.
Mercury Lounge: A jewel atop the hotel, this chic lounge is located on the sixth-floor rooftop, overlooking Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline on one side, and Burj Al Arab and the sea on the other. A top place to see and be seen, the lounge has an exclusive aura due to its intimate size and limited access. Private “majlises” with alcove seating further enhance the feeling of exclusivity. A large glass sphere – inspired by the bulb on a mercury thermometer – is the dramatic focal point.
The independent restaurants are located in a stand-alone building located opposite the Resort’s front entrance. This unique curved structure features a vertical garden on the exterior, creating a façade of lush greenery. The building is home to four high-profile international restaurants Nusr-Et, Coya, Scalini & Jean-Georges as well as the glamorous rooftop nightclub Provocateur.
